SQIL support

  • Based on PAS - results a potential supplier is identified by OEM-Q to require external support
  • Support for establishing Improvement Plan
  • Experience and competencies in setting-up the "Supplier-SQIL-OEM"-scenario
  • Initial analysis of current situation during On-site Kick-off activity: 
  1. Introduction to achieve a common understanding about roles,
    collaboration model and reporting
  2. Clarification about evaluation report
  3. Understanding the suppliers situation
  4. Review of suppliers improvement program
  5. Schedule sub-sequent on-site reviews
  • Continuous support (onsite / online) of improvement measures followed-up in action plan
  • Usage and tailoring of several appropriate tools like:
  1. On-site reviews
  2. Evaluation templates
  3. ASPICE metrics and 
  4. KGAS metrics
  • Management and support of timely generation of interim reporting
  • Usage of dedicated and trustful escalation process
  • Guidance and support until achievement of supplier's final qualification
